How we started
In 2008 we set out as a family to improve our health and bring quality water into our home at an affordable price. As a trained mechanical engineer, I spent hundreds of hours researching available water systems and talking with companies across the country. My search uncovered companies whose products were weak in science and/or high in price. During this time, I learned of Columbia, Mo's upcoming switch to chloramine as a disinfectant while also discovering that most of these systems were not effective in chloramine removal.
Believing that there must be a more effective way to combine technology and affordability, I drew from various resources and customized a system for our family. The results were fantastic!! We couldn’t believe the difference in the taste and feel of our water. We knew others in the community shared our concerns about water quality and would benefit from our discoveries.
Out of this, Aqua Zero Labs was born.
